Whether measured quantitatively by new people (organizations and individuals, producers and consumers) activated and brought into the food movement; or qualitatively by the relationships and trust built; or by some combination, the self-assessments that reveal the most pressing issues in each sector of the food system, collaborative plans devised, implemented, and reflected upon to inform how to we can make changes and the best paths forward...
